CASE 1: Bilateral Upper Blepharoplasty

Bilateral upper blepharoplasty with external approach. Resection of orbital fat bags and excess skin on the eyelid. Correction of prominent dark circles with loss of eyelid tension. Local anesthesia with sedation. Result at 10 weeks.

CASE 2: Bilateral Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Repositioning

Bilateral upper blepharoplasty with orbital fat repositioning technique. Local anesthesia with sedation. Surgery performed by Dr. Erika Gutiérrez. Result at 10 weeks.

CASE 3: Transconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty

Bilateral upper blepharoplasty with open approach. Correction of orbital fat bags without visible skin scar. Indicated for young patients with adequate eyelid tone. Local anesthesia. Result at 8 weeks postoperatively.

CASE 4: Lower Blepharoplasty with Canthopexy

Bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with transcutaneous approach and lateral canthopexy for correction and loss of lower eyelid tension. Conservative resection of fat bags and repositioning of the outer canthus. Local anesthesia with sedation. Result at 10 weeks.
